What a great opportunity to get your message out to an estimated attendance of nearly 30,000 people! Booth space consists of a lighted, open-sided booth with a canopy style cover (this is not an individual free standing tent). You may bring your own similar-sized tent instead of using ours. One 8-foot table and two folding chairs will also be provided (upon request). FYI - St. Joe's provides all of it's own food booths which are manned by volunteers (no outside food vendors permitted except for ride company's treats trailer).

Various groups that are associated with
the Parish Community of St. Joseph
will have a part in this year's Fair.
Stop by, say hello & offer your support!
St. Joseph Church
The annual Ox Roast Fair is just one of many things that St. Joe's is involved in throughout the year. Did you know that we have dozens of groups, ministries and activities? In addition to our parish ministries and organizations, we have a whole host of groups that use our facitlities and grounds for their meetings and activities. You are invited to browse through the pages of this website to see what St. Joseph Church is all about. Be sure to stop by the St. Joseph's booth and learn more.
Appalachian Experience
This group is a part of the Ox Roast by "manning" the Family Ox Land & Face Painting area. This church-run area is designed just for kids where families can enjoy good clean fun. Located in the shade near the food booths, this enclosed area is perfect for families with young children who can play and relax. Prizes for everyone!
Scouts BSA Troops 575 & 7575
This great group of young people and their families continue delicious fund raising efforts with their Sausage Sandwich booth. This hard-working group serves a savory sandwich, chips, and bottled water! In 2019, the girl troop of 7575 took on the Lemon Shake-Up Booth. Don't forget the tremendous effort they put forth in helping with Fair set-up, taking care of the trash, cleaning the grounds each evening and take-down of the Fair. Thanks, everyone!
Cub Scout Pack #3575
The Cubs will be dispensing soft drink products at Pop Booth once again this year. Stop by and quench your thirst - they're near the Midway.
Girl Scouts
Crestwood Area Girl Scouts collect the donations for our local food cupboard, the 4C's. On SUNDAY ONLY, parking is just $4.00 per vehicle with a nonperishable donation at the Fair's entrance. Needs of the 4C's include canned or boxed foods, cleaning supplies, paper products and personal care products. If your Girl Scout troop would like to volunteer to help at this year's Ox Roast Fair, contact the Parish Office (330-274-2253).
