As of April 1, 2019, the Women's Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus is known as the Sisterhood of St. Joseph Church. The purpose of this group is to develop sisterhood as a philosophy of life and to promote unity, friendship, and charity. They hold fund raisers to help the less fortunate in our area and give back to our parish community. Their motto, is “we make money to give it away.”

Members gather the second Monday in May and October to pray the Rosary together beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the church (their regular meeting follows). All are welcome.
The month of May is a special time for us Catholics to pay homage to our Blessed Mother Mary. The month of May as a Marian month was further affirmed by Mary’s first apparition at Fatima (May 13, 1917). October is dedicated to the Most Holy Rosary since the liturgical feast of Our Lady of the Rosary is celebrated annually on October 7.
Don't miss one of the area's nicest craft shows, now hosted by the Sisterhood of St. Joseph. Held in St. Joseph's Hughes Hall, the Christmas Boutique continues the 36 year tradition of a nice show of hand-crafted items, baked goods, raffles, door prizes, and breakfast and lunch items. Mark your calendars for November 13, 2022! Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Members of St. Joseph's PSR program run the kitchen offering snack, lunch and dessert items at this annual fundraiser. Several parish groups are also a part of the event.
The group routinely participates in our Giving Tree helping to provide a nicer Christmas to those in need through Catholic Charities of Portage County. Click here to learn more.
The ladies coordinate and host our Annual Palm Sunday Pancake Breakfast along with our PSR families. Held in Hughes Hall, the event features "All You Can Eat" Buttermilk Pancakes served with sausage patties & syrup, fruit toppings, and your choice of coffee, tea, o.j. or milk. Great family prices and theme basket raffles are all a part of the fun! Proceeds go toward our PSR Program expenses. Click here to learn more.

The Sisterhood of St. Joseph is holding a Super Bowl Squares fundraiser for Sunday, February 12, 2023. A 10 x 10 grid is created with the 100 squares being sold for $20.00 each (deadline is February 5 or until grid is full). After all 100 squares are sold, numbers 0-9 are drawn for across the top and down the left side, so that each row and column has a number. Then one team for across the top and one for down the left side are drawn. After each quarter, a winner is selected based on the score (the last number of the team on top and the last number of the team on the left side). 1st quarter, 2nd quarter and 3rd quarter pay out $200.00 each and the final score of the game wins $400.00. It is pure chance and no one knows what numbers they have until the numbers are drawn. Participants will receive a sheet for them to follow during the game. It really is fun and gives you someone to cheer for even if your favorite team isn't playing. Funds will go towards their scholarship fund and other programs. For tickets or more information, please contact Annette Carlisle (330-274-7587 or [email protected]).
